This Privacy Policy explains how EcoVedica (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit ecovedica.ca or ecovedica.com (together, the “Site”). We are a small, Windsor, Ontario-based business, and this policy is written to reflect that — plainly, and without unnecessary legal padding.

Right now, the Site collects very little: if you submit the waitlist form, we collect the email address you provide. If you email us directly, we have whatever information you choose to include in that email.
How We Use Your Information
- To notify you when our first product collection becomes available
- To respond to questions or partnership inquiries you send us
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties
Third-Party Services
We use a small number of third-party services to run this Site, each of which may process limited technical data as part of standard operation:
- Formspree — processes waitlist form submissions and delivers them to our inbox.
- Google Fonts — loads the typefaces used on this page; Google may log basic technical request data as part of serving font files.
- Cloudflare — our hosting and content delivery provider, which may log standard technical/security data (e.g., IP address) as part of serving the Site.
Cookies
This Site does not set its own tracking cookies. Third-party services listed above may set minimal technical cookies as part of their normal operation.
Your Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@ecovedica.ca. As a Canadian business, we handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
