EcoVedica currently sells through Amazon.ca and Amazon.com as a registered Ontario e-commerce retailer — there is no direct checkout on this Site yet. Because of that, shipping and returns for anything you purchase are handled entirely by Amazon, under Amazon’s own policies, not ours. When our own EcoVedica-branded collection launches, it will also be available through these same Amazon storefronts.

Orders Placed on Amazon

• Shipping times, tracking, and delivery are managed directly by Amazon’s fulfillment network.
• Returns and refunds follow Amazon’s standard return policy for the marketplace you purchased from (Amazon.ca or Amazon.com).
• For order-specific issues — a missing package, a damaged item, a refund request — please contact Amazon customer service directly, since EcoVedica does not have the ability to modify Amazon’s fulfillment or refund outcomes.
